“Grinder Strength”

Station One:

“Jiu Jitsu Bench Press” 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (5 second tempo)

Station Two:

Weighted Pull-up, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (5 second tempo)

Station Three:

Weighted Box Step-up (or weighted single leg squat) 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (go heavy!)

Station Four:

Cash out with Coach! (This station may or may not involve an Assault Bike)

Note: Today’s session is all about getting strong through functional ranges of motion. The technique for the Jiu Jitsu press will be reviewed in each class. Our 4PM class will be offered both at HQ and on Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87117726805. Bag Class will be on Thursday at 5:15PM this week.
