Today we will be completing one of CrossFit Pleasure Point’s favorite workouts.  Traditionally this pairs a run with bench press.

Today we are changing the high heart rate portion to Assault Bike Calories and decreasing the weight.

4 Rounds AMRAP

3 minutes on / 3 minutes off

Assault Bike Calories (#20/16)

Then with the remaining time AMRAP bench press (#95/65)

The goal is to keep the Assault Bike Calories under 90 seconds.

This is as twist on an old school and iconic CFA workout.
