A note on the Wendler Strength Series: In January we will be adding three new strength skills to our Wendler series. Tuesdays will be dedicated to the Deadlift coupled with a short and intense metabolic workout. Thursdays will be a three station rotation between the Deadlift, Bench Press and Weighted Pull-up. Please be sure to attend class on December 27, 2012, to find your 1 RM (1 Rep Max) for the new skills.
Please join Coach David on Thursday, December 27, 2012, from 7:30 to 9:00 PM for the first of a new series of classes on Olympic Lifting. This class is intended to supplement your current programming in the gym. This class will be dedicated to learning and practicing the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch.
