Complete Four Rounds:
Minute One: Mindset Station (Coach’s will explain!)
Minute Two: Assault Bike (60 + RPM / 50 + RPM)
Minute Three: Slam Ball (20lb.)
Minute Four: Wallball (20lb. / 14lb.)
Note: Today’s session is an awesome integration of mind, body, and spirit training. The goal is to average 20 + repetitions at the Slam and Wallball Station, and 60 + / 50+ RPM on the bike. The “Mindset” station requires silent repetition of a predetermined mantra, affirmation, or Scripture, and also serves as the “physical rest station.” Athletes can pick their start station, but must honor the order of rotation.
