The 2013 CrossFit Games are here! Our gym goal is to send a team to the Northern California CrossFit Games Regional. On March 6, the team competition starts with the CrossFit Games Open. All team members must register (register here) on the CrossFit Games website. Every Friday during the CrossFit Games Open we will be hosting the official Open Workout. Therefore, we encourage everyone in our gym to formally register for the Open and help contribute with their score.

At the conclusion of the Open, the top 30 teams in each region will advance to Regionals. A team’s Regional roster must draw from the group of athletes who represented it during the Open. Teams are comprised of three men and three women. If you have any questions about the Open, please check with Jenna Langseth.
