3 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
In preparation for this years CrossFit Open today we will be completing Burpees Over the Barbell.
Coaches will review this movement during the class. The standards for this movement is: the athletes chest is to the deck during the burpee, two foot takeoff, both feet land at the same time on the other side of the barbell. This is a challenging movement that is routinely done during the Open.
As always athletes are encouraged to assess the weights and how their bodies are feeling and pick an appropriate weight based on these factors.
