Today we are going to have fun with the thruster. Spend fifteen minutes working up to a 1 RM (1 Rep Max) load. After finding this data point, perform the following:

1 x 7 Thrusters with 80% of your 1RM.

Then,

Tabata Thrusters (work off a rack)

Notes:

On the thrusters, use 65lb. for men and 45lb. for women.
