On a 20:00 running clock,

Weighted Object Thruster Ladder (minute 0:00 to minute 10:00)
Immediately followed by,
Bent Over Weighted Object Row (minute 11:00 to minute 20:00)

Note: For the ladder pattern progression today, perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute, etc., continuing until minute 10:00 for the Thruster, and minute 20:00 for the Row (this is a total of 55 rep’s each exercise). Use as many sets each minute as needed. An alternative “unweighted” version of this workout is to do squats and hand release push-ups and progressing by 2 repetitions each round.
