Complete One Minute “On” and One Minute “Off” at the Following Stations:

Devils Tricycle, Maximum Calories
Concept 2 Row, Maximum Calories
Wall Ball, Maximum Repetitions (20lb. / 14lb.)
Kettlebell Swing, Maximum Repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
GI Jane, Maximum Repetitions
Power Wheel, Maximum Repetitions
Boss Ball Squat, Maximum Repetitions

Note: Todays workout operates like the “Fight Gone Bad” workout. After one minute at a station, Athletes will rest for one minute and report their score from the previous station. Every repetition or calories counts as a point. Athletes may pick their start station, but must honor the order of rotation. Complete a total of 2 rounds, resting up to 5:00 between rounds.
