Gymnastic Strength (Evolution A)
Progress from 1 to 10 on Strict Pull-ups
Progress from 10 to 1 on Strict Bar Dips (or ring dips)
Rest as needed then,
Tabata Barbell Back Squat (75lb. / 55lb.)
Note: Athletes have up to 20:00 to complete Evolution A. After performing 1 pull-up, athletes will then perform 10 dips, and accordingly continue to work back and forth between these exercises. This is not “for time” but rather range of motion and technique Slow is pro! The Tabata Squat will be to the depth gauge of a medicine ball on the ground.
