30 Kettlebell Swings
20 Hurdle Jumps
10 Toes To Bar

Note: Modifications for the Toes To Bar will include Knees To Elbows and traditional sit-ups. Height on the Hurdle Jump is 18 inches for women and 26 inches for men.

Henry “SR” and Henry “JR” – One Awesome Team!


At CrossFit Amundson, we are blessed to have many families part of our “gym family”. A great example of this is Henry “SR” and Henry “JR” Montes. This father and son team train together every day. Their progress is inspiring and their encouragement of each other, and the entire gym, is heart-warming.
