Minute Two: 9 Pull-ups
Minute Three: 15 Box Jumps (24′ / 20′)

Note: In today’s workout, Athlete’s may pick their start station but must honor the order of rotation. Advanced Athletes should use the Chest to Bar Pull-up technique, or perform 5 Bar Muscle Ups.
