Rest as needed then,

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 7:00 of,

60 Weighted Jump Ropes
15 Kettlebell Thrusters
10 Pull-ups

Note: On the Shoulder Press, after warming up, make each set a “Repetition Max” effort. Go as heavy as possible on each set. For the AMRAP, prescribed Kettlebell weight is 35lb. for men and 25lb. for women. Who can achieve 4 Rx’d rounds of this workout?
