Note: Todays workout is a “Rowing – Sprinting” version of the classic CrossFit old-school triplet “Helen”. The idea is to hit the opening sprint-round as fast and hard as possible, and then remain within 10 seconds of the split time on the next two rounds. Rest up to 3:00 between rounds.

Satvana Yoga Update – POWER HOUR! 

Satvana Yoga will be adding a “Power Hour” Yoga class to their schedule which will take place on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. For Athletes already training on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 12:00 PM, this is the perfect addition to your training schedule. New class starts first week of March, along with the new 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM Monday and Wednesday morning classes.
