Minute One: Strict Toes to Bar, 7 repetitions
Minute Two: 14 Hang Power Cleans (95lb. / 65lb.)
Minute Three: 21 Squats
Minute Four: Run 300 meters
Note: It’s a beautiful day to be outdoors on the grinder! Scaling options (both “up” and “down”) will be discussed around the whiteboard.
Attention Keyholders! You MUST reserve private use of HQ with a RESERVATION. Athlete’s who just “show up” without a reservation will have Keyholder access revoked. Upon arrival you may go inside to access the gear that you need, but you must do the workout outside on the grinder. Thank you for your support of these rules!
