Complete Four Rounds for Time:
Run 400 Meters
21 Kettlebell Swings
15 Goblet Squats
9 Alternating Single-Arm Kettlebell Push-Press
Note: This is an amazing workout! Athletes from our gym first experienced this pairing of skills during the recent WaterWOD, and then again on June 14, during the Beach Workout. During the WaterWOD, the run was a swim, and during the Beach Workout, the run was completed on soft-sand. Alternate right arm and left arm on the Kettlebell Push-Press each round, with the Athlete choosing which arm to begin with. This will make for a total of 18 repetitions on each arm at the end of the workout. We will begin each class with a review of the points of performance on the Goblet Squat and Push-Press.
