5 Hang Power Cleans
10 push-ups
15 squats

Note: Rest up to 2:00 between rounds. Mens prescribed weight is 95lb. and women’s weight is 65lb. Our Advanced Athletes should set a goal of thirty second split times each round, for a total of four rounds completed each 2:00. Move as quickly as possible during the transitions.
