Concept2 Row, Maximum Calories in 90 seconds 

Note: One Evolution A, the first “task” is the famous CrossFit Girl workout “Grace” which is 30 repetitions of ground to overhead with a 135lb. / 85lb. barbell. When you finish, rest as needed, then add weight and work towards a 1RM ground to overhead. How many athletes can Rx’ “Grace” and also achieve a Bodyweight + Ground to Overhead?
