50 Meter Weighted Tire Pull (or 2 No Leg Rope Climbs)
60 Double Unders
Note: Keep the Pull-ups and Dips super strict. Rest as needed to accumulate the most repetitions possible. Tire Pull’s are weighted with 45lb. for men and 25lb. for women.
