Complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Then 3 rounds of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Note: Today’s workout is intended to prepare the body and mind for “Memorial Day Murph” which will consist of a 1 mile run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, followed by another 1 mile run. “Murph” will be held at our gym on Monday, May 26, 2014, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and will include a BBQ, awards, and adult beverages. All other classes are cancelled to support this event. Family and friends are welcome to attend and the entire day is free.

Aaron and Graham – Warrior Brothers


During last Tuesdays epic Endurance Workout, Aaron and Graham battled each other up the imposing 1 mile uphill run from the base of the UCSC campus to the peak of the West Field House. These two warriors pushed their limits against the hill, the rising heat, and each other. The next CrossFit Amundson Endurance Workout is scheduled for today from 1:30 to approximately 3:00 PM.
