Station One = Double Under, 30 repetitions
Station Two = Kettlebell Swing, 15 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)

Rest as needed then,

Tempo Deadlift, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (5 second tempo / go heavy!)

Brigid is a warrior at the 6AM class!
