Odd Minutes – 5 Burpees, 10 Pushups, AMRAP Air Squats

Even Minutes – 1 Ground to Overhead (#135/85)

During the body weight movements, score each round by the number of Air Squats you are able to complete.

Scale up and Go Heavy on these single Ground to Overhead.
