Ring Dip Progression: 5,5,4,3,2 Strict Ring Dips


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. This is as great a workout as they come! For those of you who liked last Friday’s date with “Cindy” you are going to love this.

Please note that this Saturday and Sunday, our gym will be hosting the CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer Course.This course is SOLD OUT and registration is closed. We will be offering the Free Community Workout and Advanced Workout at our Krav Maga location. However, there will be no open gym today, and our Headquarters gym will not be open to the public. Please go directly to the Krav Maga location if you are participating in the workouts.
