Wendler Front Squat
Week 1 – 3 Sets of 5 Reps
1 Set at 75% of 1RM
1 Set at 80% of 1RM
1 set at 85% of 1RM
On the third and final set, Athletes will complete a 5+ set. Athletes will max out the number of reps on the final set and their score will be 5+(the additional number of completed reps).
Then;
4 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
Cindy –
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
The goal for the AMRAP will be anything above 4 completed rounds.
