5 x Three Minute AMRAP Rounds on 1:00 Rest Of:

3 Repetitions of Power Clean
6 Push-Up
9 Squats

Note: You will have three minutes to perform As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) of 3 Power Cleans, 6 Push-Ups and 9 Squats. After one minute rest, this piece will be repeated four additional times. This workout will be scaled as appropriate.

Please join us from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM tomorrow for Open Gym Saturday.  There will be one formal group workout at 10:00 AM. From 11:00 to 1:00 the gym will be open with supervision from our Coaching Team. This is a great opportunity to work on skills and the accomplishment of your goals.
