1 Minute “On” 1 Minute “Off” At the Following Stations:

Peg Board (Peg Holes 1 – 30)
Weighted Jump Ropes (Repetitions)
Aerodyne Bike (Calories)
Ball Slams (Repetitions)
Concept II Rower (Calories)

Rest as needed then,

As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) in 7:00 of,

5 Hurdle Jumps (30 Inches for men, 24 for Women)
3 Bag Ground to Shoulder (100lb. for Men and 70lb. for Women)

Note: We are seeing weekly improvement on our  Peg Board. How many people can achieve 30 or more Peg Holes during todays workout? Our AMRAP is the CAMP version of a CrossFit.com workout that was programmed by CrossFit founder “Coach” Greg Glassman. This is going to be an awesome day of training! Modifications on the Bag Ground to Shoulder will include Barbell Power Cleans.

On Wednesday, February 19, 2014, Alex, Brad and Kat all set Personal Records (PR’s) on their 1 Repetition Max (1RM) Power Cleans, and it all happened during the 12:00 PM class! Congratulations Warriors on an awesome accomplishment. The three of your are an inspiration to us all!
