Complete three rounds for time of:
400 Meter run
21 Kettlebell swings (24 kilo)
12 Pull-ups

Does this workout look familiar? It should! For many years, “Helen” was known as the Original CrossFit Challenge. First completed by Dave Leys and Greg Amundson at the Soquel Highschool Track in 2004, this workout quickly became a benchmark test of strength, endurance and speed.
