The CrossFit Amundson Teen Class is starting Tuesday, June 4, 2013, from 3:15 to 4:00 PM. This class is for teenagers ranging from 13 to 17 years old. This exciting class will focus on foundational CrossFit weightlifting and gymnastic movements with an emphasis on lifetime fitness.
