Note: This workout operates in a similar manner as CrossFit Games Open Workout 14.2. You must wait for the time per round (ie., 0:00 – 3:00, 3:00 – 6:00, etc.) to elapse before continuing into the next round. The key for this workout is to maintain a work to rest ratio that allows for maximum work to be accomplished for the longest amount of time possible. Can anyone continue with this progression into minutes 9:00 – 12:00? Weight modifications will be available to ensure everyone is able to have a challenging yet achievable workout. This is gonna’ be a good one!
