Today we are going to do the famous CrossFit workout “Fran”. However, we are going to do a version that would make the “Original Team Six” crew shed a few tears. We’re doing our very first “Big Fat” version of a classic CrossFit WOD.
21,18,15, 12, 9, 6, 3 repetitions of
Note: Fight through this with your prescribed weight for “Fran”. This means use the same weight you used the last time you performed “Fran” with traditional repetitions.

Please note there will be one open group workout on Thanksgiving day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The gym will be closed the rest of the day and all day Friday. We will be posting a “Homework” WOD for those so inclined.
