This week at CrossFit Amundson we are doing “slightly modified” versions of the official 2020 CrossFit Games Workouts….. and they are some good ones!
Three Rounds for Time:
Thruster, 21 repetitions (grinder station)
Chest to Bar Pull-up, 21 repetitions (indoor station)
Note: There will be a 20:00 time cap on todays session. Men’s Rx’d barbell weight is 115lb. and women’s is 85lb. Our coaching team will help you decide on possible scaling options of the rep’s and weight.
