Minute One: Concept2 Row (6,9, or 12 Calories)
Minute Two: Assault Bike (6,9, or 12 Calories)
Minute Three: 200 Meter Run (Bus Stop)
Minute Four: Cindy (see note below)
Note: Todays session is a great start of the week and was “vetted” during Saturday’s session. Athletes get to “pick their own adventure” in the words of Margaret! On the round of Cindy, either perform 3,6,9 Pull-up, Push-up, and Squat, or 5,10, 15, or for a real challenge, 7,15, 20. You must finish your respective Calories and be off the Bike and Rower within 50 seconds.
