Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 minutes of:
400 Meter Run,
Deadlift, 15 Repetitions (bodyweight on the barbell)
Rest as needed then,
Rope Climb, 4 accents utilizing the most challenging technique available.
Note: The Rx load on the barbell today is bodyweight. Scaling options are at 3/4 and 1/2 bodyweight.
