Today we will be completing a Power Clean / Deadlift ladder. The Power Cleans will work from 10 down to 1 while the Deadlifts work up from 1 to 10.
The Athlete will complete the Buy-in run, then complete the barbell work 10/1, 9/2, 8/3 to 1/10 and then complete a cash out run to complete the workout.
Buy-in – 400m Run
Alternating Barbell Ladder
Power Clean (#135/95) work down from 10 to 1 repetitions
Deadlifts (#135/95) work up from 1 to 10 repetitions
Cash-out – 400m Run
