Complete Three Rounds for Maximum Double Unders or Kettlebell Swings:
On a 3:00 Running Clock,
Row 500 Meters
Double Under, As Many Repetitions As Possible(“Flubber”)
Kettlebell Swing, As Many Repetitions As Possible (“Stubber”)
Note: Rest up to 3:00 between rounds. This is a great “active recovery” workout. Registered Games athletes planning on completing 18.5 on Friday may consider completing todays warm-up and 1 or 2 rounds of “Flubber” or “Stubber” or one round of each. How many people can row a 1:45 (men) or 1:55 x 500 and then achieve 100 or more double under repetitions or 30 or more Kettlebell Swings?
