Part A – 2K row for time
For this portion of the evolution men should try to complete the row between 8-10 minutes (2-2:30 500m split).
Women should try to complete the row between 9-11 minutes (2:15-2:45 500m split).
This part of the evolution should be completed at a 75-80% intensity.

Part B – Lite Grace
30 Ground to Overhead – Scale weight as needed.
Men should select a weight between 115-95lbs and women between 85-65lbs.
The goal in this portion of the evolution will be to focus on technique and look to complete the 30reps unbroken.
Coaches will review the most efficient methods to complete the ground to overhead.
