Strength Day!!!  Today we are going heavier on the Front Squats in contrast to last week.

Every Minute On The Minute for 20:00 (10 rounds each station)

Odd Minutes = Front Squat, 3 repetitions (3/4 to 1x bodyweight)
Even Minutes = Toes to Bar, 10 repetitions

Note: Today we are pairing a static and dynamic contraction through the midsection. Go heavy Front Squat portion and maintain a tight core through the movement, and then complete the Toes to Bar as quickly and powerfully as possible. The heart rate should be within an aerobic range the entire workout.
