Complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:

10 Kipping Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
15 Hand Release push-ups
20 single-leg squats, alternating 10 each leg (or 30 squats)

*After every 3 rounds, run 400 meters
