Rest, then,

30 Wallballs for time (#20/14)

Today the goal for the row is to watch the 500m split and try to lower each split during the 2K, ending with your fastest split time.

The goal for the Wallball is to go unbroken, sub 1 minute.  The gym goal will be to hit 50 unbroken Wallball under 2 Minutes.
