Note: Work through the descending repetition scheme as fast as possible. Prescribed weight is 95lb. for men and 65lb. for women. The body must pass through the bottom of the squat with the barbell overhead for the repetition to count.
Lindsey got her first Pull-up
Congratulations to Lindsey on the accomplishment of her first Pull-up. Lindsey had been training extremely hard in order to accomplish this goal.
