During this week’s training, athletes should keep in mind our Annual Memorial Day Murph workout will take place on Saturday 28th, May. Light refreshments will be provided during the workout. There will be three different times for athletes to participate, starting at 1030 hours. Sign-up at the gym for your spot. The three groups will be; RX with a weight vest unbroken or Cindy style, RX without a vest unbroken or Cindy style, and Modified. If this will be your first year participating, we have plenty of helpful strategies to make it a great event for everyone.

15 Hang Power Cleans (#135/95)
Row 400 Meters
Note: Rest is up to 3:00 Minutes between rounds. Men’s weight is up to 135lbs and Women’s weight is up to 95lbs. Who can average a sub 5:00 round for all 3 rounds.
