Our “Weekly Challenge” this week is a maximum weighted Strict Pull-up. There will be a men’s and women’s division. Rules are the same as our Strict Pull-up Challenge in accordance with SEALFIT standares. Athletes willing to accept the challenge will have until the following Sunday to complete the evolution. All Challenges must be completed under the observation of a CrossFit Amundson Coach or Open Gym Supervisor. Post results of the Challenge on the HQ whiteboard.
Be sure to review the new Programs offered at our gym. We have added over 15 hours of specialized classes to our schedule, including Kids, Light, Women’s, Barbell, WaterWOD, Olympic, Krav Maga, and Clinic. We now offer four Olympic Lifting Classes a week.
