On a 3:00 Running Clock:

From 0:00 to 1:30, Concept2 Row, As Many Calories As Possible
From 1:30 to 3:00, Wallball Shots, As Many Repetitions As Possible

Rest up to 1:00, then complete one max set of Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Note: Complete three rounds of todays workout for maximum Calories, Wallball Shots and Pull-ups. Rest up to 3:00 between rounds to ensure maximum intensity. This is an awesome CAMP session!
