Attention Athletes! Beginning the first week of September, we are adding three new classes to our schedule:
Monday through Friday 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Open CrossFit Class
Monday through Friday 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM CrossFit Foundations Class
Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 PM – 12:00 PM Advanced CrossFit Class
Note: Please see Greg Amundson if your are interested in the Advanced Class. Our Foundations Class will focus on foundational CrossFit skills at a low to moderate level of intensity. This is an excellent class for new Athlete’s, although everyone is welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you in the gym during our new class hours!
