Note: Today Athletes will be given ample opportunity during their Kettle Bell Swings to practice cycling the Kettle Bells quickly keeping the Kettle Bell close to the body to allow faster cycling of the movement.  Coaches will review the different Kettle Bell Swing options (Russian vs. American) and demonstrate the difference between swinging the Kettle Bell and keeping it close to the body.
