On a 3:00 Running Clock,
0:00 to 1:30 – Concept2 Row, As Many Calories As Possible
1:30 to 3:00 – Wallball Shots, As Many Repetitions As Possible (20lb. / 10lb.)
Rest up to 3:00 Between Rounds (Official CAMP rest is 1:00)
Note: It’s a CAMP training day – and it’s going to be a good one! How many people can achieve a total of 60 or more repetitions on today’s session for all three rounds?
