Run 800 meters (Floral Loop or Concept2 Row 1K)
Back Squat, 50 repetitions (55lb. / 35lb.)
Shoulder to Overhead, 30 repetitions (same bar and weight as the Back Squat)
Rest as needed then,
Floor Press or Floor Bench Press, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (achieve a 3RM)
Note: On today’s session, a great goal is the hold consecutive repetitions for the Back Squats and Shoulder to Overhead. Have micro-goals and chip away at this.
