Hold a Handstand As Long As Possible

Tabata Mash-up of Flutter Kicks and Push-up Plank Hold (8 rounds each)
Note: A great goal on Evolution A is to hold a total of 3:00 in the Handstand. For those people performing the workout on Zoom at 4:00PM, Coach will calculate your total time in Handstand for you. Evolution B is similar to a “grind” workout. You goal is “constant movement” during the Flutter Kicks and “absolute stillness” during the Plank Hold.
