Station Two: Squats, 30 repetitions
Station Three: Strict Pull-ups, 7 repetitions

Note: Today’s workout is a modified version of the “Hotshots 19” hero workout, and it’s a good one! How many people can Rx’ today’s session for all 7 rounds? Compare today’s session to February 26, 2021, April 7, May 14, 2021 and June 14, 2021. If you were able to Rx the former session add 5+ lb. to the Power Clean, 2 repetitions to the Pull-up, and 5 repetitions to the Squat.
