Welcome to “Fight Week – Evolution One.” This is the final week of intense conditioning that “Team Guerrero” is undergoing. Athletes at CrossFit Amundson will be “up close and personal” with a few of the top sessions that Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero and Justin “The Stallion” Cardona have endured.
On A 12:00 Running Clock (4 Rounds Each Station)
Minute One: Double Under, 30 Repetitions
Minute Two: Kettlebell Swing, 15 Repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Minute Three: Toes to Bar, 9 Repetitions
Rest as needed then,
90 Seconds of Max Burpees
Note: Today’s session is a “Road Work” session utilized by “Team Guerrero.” This is a a great session and perfect way to get the gears turning into the week ahead. Athletes can pick their start station but must honor the order of rotation.
